Sealed proposals will be received until May 28, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. by mail or delivered by hand to Fox River Valley Public Library District, 555 Barrington Ave., East Dundee, IL 60118. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 555 Barrington Ave., East Dundee, IL 60018. Each bid must be placed in an opaque sealed envelope and clearly marked ‘Fox River Valley Public Library District, Fall 2024 – Summer 2027 newsletter series bids’. Bids submitted after the closing time will be rejected and returned unopened. No responsibility shall be attached to any person for the opening of a bid not properly identified. No oral proposals or modifications will be considered. The Fox River Valley Public Library District requires all Bidders to comply with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Ordinance # (820 ILCS 130/0.01 et.seq.).

The Fox River Valley Public Library District (“Owner” or “Library”) reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a bid and reject the remainder.
