Randall Oaks Library started the spooky season of October off with our Tiny Art Show: Halloween Edition last night on Wednesday, October 2.. Come check out the beautiful artworks that will be displayed in the Randall Oaks Library until November 1st.
This program was geared towards kids in kindergarten through 8th grade and were given very simple guidelines. They needed to create a PG-rated Halloween inspired artwork on a 4x4 canvas. They were given access to a ton of acrylic paint and paintbrushes as well as paper plates to be creative, and they did not disappoint! After creating their artwork, they needed to print their name and the title of the piece on a label that would be displayed next to their piece of art.
After finishing painting their canvas, some of the kids wanted to paint further and decided to paint on extra paper plates and turn those in as well!
Overall, our Tiny Art Show: Halloween Edition turned out to be a success so don’t miss out on seeing these artworks in person at the Randall Oaks Library through the month of October!
