Library Branches Opening at 1p November 22

Both library branches will be opening at 1p on November 22 for staff development training. 

Library Closure for Thanksgiving

Both library branches will close at 5 p.m. on November 27 and remain closed on November 28 and 29 in observance of Thanksgiving. We will reopen with normal hours on November 30.

Event Details

FRVPLD is constructing its next Strategic Plan, one that will guide us for the next five years. The most important resource in that planning is YOU. You are invited to participate in a public engagement session, where we’ll ask about your experiences, opinions, and ideas about our library and how we can better serve you in the very near future.

Along with the community survey being conducted right now, the one-hour, in-person sessions will help us clearly identify and respond to the needs and wants of the community. Sessions will be facilitated by ReThinking Libraries to encourage open and honest dialogue.  Registration is not required, but it is appreciated.
