Join us in welcoming retired federal judge and author Manuel Barbosa to the Dundee Library! 

Mr. Barbosa is the author of The Littlest Wetback: from Undocumented Child to United States Federal Judge, a memoir describing his childhood experiences, his family, and his lifelong commitment to the power of education.

Copies of Mr. Barbosa’s book will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefitting Elgin’s Club Guadalupano Scholarship Fund.

This bilingual presentation for adults, teens, and children is fully accessible to both English and Spanish speakers. Registration is limited.
