July is National Culinary Arts Month!
Scones are the perfect small breads for breakfast, lunch, tea or snack. You can have them warm from the oven in 30 minutes, and their flavors vary from buttery to sweet to savory. Fr. Dom will demonstrate how to make four different scones: Classic Strawberry Cream Scones, Chocolate Scones with a raspberry filling, Tomato Basil Scones with Italian Sausage Gravy, and Bacon Cheddar Chive Scones. All that and clotted cream!
