3D Print Request

Please provide the following information for your 3D printing request, any missing information could result in delays. 

Patrons must have a valid Fox River Valley Public Library District library card to use this service.

Please be advised that 3D printing is a long process; it may take 1-3 weeks for you to receive your 3D print(s).

Patrons will be notified of approximate print cost before requests are sent to the printer for final patron approval.

When your print is ready, you will be notified through the listed preferred contact method.

Objects must be submitted in the .STL  or .OBJ formats.

When selecting a color, Color Choice 1 and Color Choice 2 should be two different colors; Color Choice 2 serves as a backup should Color Choice 1 become unavailable. While PLA will have a natural shine to it once the model is done, Silk filament gives the finished print a very defined shine while Matte PLA results in a much duller shine to the finished model. 

Maximum printing dimensions are 8.3 (L) x 8.3 (W) x 9.84 (H) inches

If requesting multiple copies of the same model, use the "Comments" box at the bottom of the form to specify how many copies you would like.
