Get ready for loud and crunchy guitar riffs at the library because Battle of the Bands is back!! We are so excited to host our second battle! Join us for a fun musical event Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 1-3pm at the Dundee Library's Meeting Room (Lower Level).

I Love Me

The focus of the “I Love Me” programs is self-care and self-love. A relaxing activity will be scheduled once every three months, including a sound bath meditation, drumming circles, and calming art activities.

Now that we've had the weekend to fully immerse ourselves in miss Taylor’s new album, The Tortured Poets Department, why not try to be a tortured poet yourself.  As we all know Taylor Swift is always scheming and it's no coincidence that she released her album in April, it is national poetry

Drumming Open Jam

If you wanna try something new or wanna give your neighbors a break, come hit the drums at the Library!!

We’ll be offering open jam sessions from 4-5pm on the following dates:

Jimmy Buffet, that Son of a Son of a Sailor, passed away on September 1. The official release from his estate indicated “Jimmy passed away peacefully on the night of September 1st surrounded by his family, friends, music and dogs.

FRVPLD BATTLE OF THE BANDS 2023

We are so excited to host our first ever Battle of the Bands! Join us for a fun musical event Saturday, August 12, 2023, from 1-3pm at the Dundee Library's Meeting Room (Lower Level). Three professionals will be joining us as our judges. 

The sudden passing of Sinéad O’Connor, the polarizing Irish songstress who rose to global prominence in the late 1980s, is bound to reignite strong feelings which she coaxed from her audiences both through her haunting vocals and provocative performances.
